How long does it take to receive my item?
A: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days ( excludes holidays / weekends ). Shipping within the US is typically delivered within 3-10 business days..depending on your location.
Why did my order not have tracking?
A: Some items are shipped first class in an envelope but with no tracking, if you would prefer to have tracking on an item please email us at [email protected]
Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently we do not.
What happens if I haven't received my order?
A: If you haven't received your order within 15 days of your shipping confirmation email, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected]. Please include your name & order number.
Do you accept refunds?
A: We do not accept refunds or cancellations. We can replace an item (excludes one of a kind items) if they arrive damaged. Exchanges are acceptable within 7 days after you have received your item, we can only exchange for the same item.
